1.) How long does the production process of a custom-built product take once the purchase order has been replaced?
- Production of custom-built products takes 5 to 7 workdays. Once the production process has been completed, products are shipped in the same day.
2.) What can I do if there is a problem about production or the seams?
- We give a two-year guarantee against production and seam defects. If there are any seam slippages, you should first contact our company to give information, after which you can send the defective product by Aras Cargo. The product will be redelivered to you once it has been repaired.
3.) What should I do if the product delivered is defective, damaged, or incorrect?
- Contact our customer representatives as soon as possible if the product delivered is defective, damaged, or incorrect. You shall inform our company about the situation without attempting to use, mount, change or repair the relevant part.
4.) How and when can I cancel my purchase order?
-You may decide to cancel your purchase order until the shipment of the products. To speed up the process, you may call our customer representative to submit your request for the cancellation of the purchase order.
5.) Are custom-built seat covers Airbag seamed?

6.) Do you have any agency in my city to perform the mounting?
- We have agencies in every city of Turkey. You can contact our customer representatives to get information about the agency available in your city.
7.) Will custom-built seat covers exactly fit my car?
- Custom-built seat covers are produced using mold that are compatible with the car's make, model, and production year information and the seat types. Seat covers are mounted on the car's own seat fabric. Otom Custom-Built Seat Covers are compatible with the seat belts, Isofix, baby seat apparatus, armrests, and all other features. The product perfectly fits seat parts such as the armrest and the pockets in the back of the front seats. None of the seat functions is inhibited.
8.) How do I return a product?
- Buyer may use his/her right of return by refusing the product within 14 (fourteen) days following the delivery of the product he/she has purchased and by informing the Seller about the situation. Expenses arising from the use of the right of return will be covered by the Seller. The product to be returned shall be redelivered in a sound and complete manner in its box and original package, together with any standard accessory. Seller shall reimburse the total amount to Buyer within maximum 10 days once it has received the notification for return and shall take the product back in 20 days.
9.) Are product fabrics of high-quality?
- Otom brand seat covers possess Design Registration Certificate. Our products are made of 1st Class fabric. Otom seat covers are laminated with sponge on the middle and side fabrics in order to improve durability. Our products are prepared in high manufacturing standards and are offered for sale once their final inspections have been performed. Vehicle seat covers are produced based on maximum benefit, efficiency, and quality policy.
10.) What will be inside the package when I order customized car seat cover?
- Otom car seat covers will be delivered to the customer in a package containing 2 front seat and back covers, rear seat and back covers, cover for the armrest if available in the car, 5 pieces of head covers and stretching hooks.
